Agents run here.On your machine.

A Work Machine is the computer where your agents run Claude Code or Codex. Connect your own and see whether it is ready. Every Run records the machine it used.

Linux x64 today. Your AI sign-in stays on the machine.

Work Machines

One computer.Four steps to ready.

Morrow uses the Linux desktop in the studio. It was already there, and it already had Claude Code on it.

  1. Connect

    Approve it in your browser

Start the Work Machine runtime on the computer and confirm it in Autopilot. There are no keys to copy.

  2. Keep running

    Install the background service

It starts with the machine and waits for work as an ordinary user service. It does not need root.

  3. Sign in

Use your own Claude Code or Codex

Sign in on that machine, as a person, with a plan that covers the work: your own for your own work, a Team or Enterprise plan or an API key for a machine the team shares. The session stays there.

  4. Stay current

    Updates arrive signed

The runtime checks each update's signature and applies it between Runs, never in the middle of one.

Every Run recordswhere it ran.

An agent is the colleague. The machine is its desk. When a result looks odd, you can tell which desk it came from.

In Run detail

The attempt, with its environment

A Run keeps the route and the computer it used. Changing the setup later affects the next Run and leaves this one as it was.

When it is not ready

A problem says what it is

A machine that stops answering is treated as offline within a minute, and the agent's reply names the fix.

Chat client or Work Machine?

They do different jobs. One page explains both ways of using your own AI with Autopilot.

Does a Work Machine host Autopilot?

No. Autopilot is a cloud app you open in a browser. The Work Machine only carries out agent work: it runs Claude Code or Codex, works on the repository and sends back the result.

Does Autopilot see my Claude or Codex credentials?

No. You sign in on your own machine and the session stays there. Signing a machine in is something only a person can do, never an agent. Use a plan that covers the work: a personal plan is for one person's own work.

What if the machine is switched off?

The agent cannot start there, and its reply tells you so. If the machine drops out in the middle of a Run, the Run is marked failed and you can retry it. The retry is a new Run linked to the first.

Can several agents share one machine?

Yes. Each agent works in its own copy of the repository and pushes to the branch of its Task, so two Runs do not overwrite each other.

What does it cost to use my own machine?

Nothing extra from us. Bringing your own machine and AI is included in every plan. Your AI provider bills your usage under your agreement with them, and we add no inference fee. See pricing.

I build software with Claude Code. Where do I start?

With the page for teams that run Claude Code or Codex. It walks through the same setup from a developer's side, including Projects and Change Requests.
