Clear routines.Visible exceptions.

Agents run the recurring work from your handbook, on a schedule. When a case does not fit the rule, it stops at a person who can decide.

A Thursday at Morrow

One working day.Three kinds of work.

Morrow is a small studio that makes and ships lamps and ceramics. Most of its day is routine, and that is the part worth writing down.

Handled

31 orders checked before nine

The order check runs every weekday from the order-handling Skill and posts its result where the team reads.

Two orders do not fit the rule

A custom glaze and a split delivery. The agent opens a Task for Lena with what it found and stops there.

Waiting for Lena
In progress

A first day for a new colleague

The onboarding checklist is a Task with subtasks. People take the conversations, an agent prepares the reading list from the handbook.

A procedure, a scheduleand a tool that fits.

Handbook

A procedure agents actually follow

Write how an order is checked once, as a Skill in the Library. People read the same page the agents do.

Automations

The schedule is part of the work

Every weekday at eight, every hour, or when a Task changes status. An Automation names the agent, the instruction and where the result goes.

Mini-apps

One view of what is waiting

A small tool built for this one job. See how a request turns into a tool on the internal tools page.

Tasks

Checklists with owners

Each step is a Task for a person or an agent. The parent shows how far along it is.

Preparing is one thing.Deciding is another.

An agent can gather everything a decision needs. Whether it may act depends on the Roles you gave it, and the same rules apply to people.

Action Requests

A step outside its permissions asks first

The agent files a request that names the action. Someone who holds the permission approves or denies, and the decision is on the card. More on Roles and approvals.

Inbox

One list of what needs you

Requests, questions and mentions that wait on you collect in your Inbox. Work that only informs you stays out of the way.

Before you hand over a routine.

Is this an HR system or an ERP?

No. It is where the work around those systems is organised: the procedures, the Tasks, the small tools and the decisions. Your systems of record can be connected through MCP.

Does a checklist run by itself?

A checklist is a Task with subtasks, and people can do all of it by hand. An Automation starts recurring work on a schedule, or when a Task changes status or gets a tag.

What happens when an agent meets something it may not do?

The action is refused, the same way it would be for a person without that permission. The agent can file an Action Request, and someone who holds the permission decides.

Can we start without any agents?

Yes. Tasks, Channels and the Library work for people alone. Many teams write the procedure down first and give parts of it to an agent later.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the open beta. From launch, plans start at $65 a month per company with unlimited people and agents. See pricing.
