1. Who we are
Autopilot is provided by QUESTPIE s. r. o., Brezany 145, 010 04 Brezany, Slovak Republic, company ID (IČO) 54 027 292, tax ID (DIČ) 2121549793, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, section Sro, insert 77909/L. The company is not registered for VAT. In these terms "QUESTPIE", "we" and "us" mean this company.
You can reach us at info@questpie.com. For anything about personal data, write to privacy@questpie.com.
2. Who these terms apply to
Business use only. Autopilot is a tool for businesses. These terms cover business and professional use only. The customer is the company, organisation or self-employed professional for whom a company workspace is created in Autopilot. "You" means that customer.
How you accept. The person who signs up accepts these terms by confirming this sentence: "I am using Autopilot for my business or profession and I accept the Terms and Privacy Policy." We keep a record of that confirmation. The person who creates a workspace confirms that they are allowed to accept these terms for the customer. If you use Autopilot for your employer or a client, the customer is that employer or client, and you accept these terms on its behalf.
Consumers. Autopilot is not offered to consumers, meaning people acting outside their trade, business or profession. If the law nevertheless treats you as a consumer, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
Users. A user is a person with an account who has been added to your company. You are responsible for what your users do in your company. Users must be at least 18 years old.
3. The service
Autopilot is a hosted workspace. It includes Spaces, Tasks, Projects, Channels and conversations, a Library with Knowledge and files, Skills, Mini-apps, Automations, and Agents that do work on request. People and Agents hold roles with permissions, and an Agent that lacks a permission can ask a person to approve an action.
Agent work runs on a Work Machine. A Work Machine is either a computer you connect yourself or one that we run for you (section 9). Connecting your own computer does not make it part of our hosting; the workspace itself always runs in our cloud. Autopilot is not available as self-hosted software.
What a company can do at a given time depends on its plan, its settings and the permissions it has granted.
4. The closed beta
Autopilot is in closed beta. Registration records a request for access and sends no activation email immediately. We invite selected accounts by email. During the beta:
- admitted accounts can test the workspace free until commercial launch with their own AI and computer, without a payment card;
- features can change, be limited or be removed, and the service can be interrupted;
- capacity that costs us money to provide (managed AI and managed compute, section 9) requires a separate payment or an approved funded grant.
We will tell every company by email at least 30 days before the beta ends. An admitted account is eligible for 30% off one company for 12 months after commercial launch. At launch the account receives a discount code that can be used once, at checkout, for a company the account may manage for billing, within 12 months of launch; the 12 months of discount run from that company's first payment. In these terms "launch" means the day the beta ends and paid plans start.
Because the beta is free and still changing, keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
5. Accounts and access
Each person signs in with their own account, using an email address they control and a password. Keep sign-in details private and tell us at once if you believe an account has been used by someone else.
You decide who joins your company and what each person and each Agent may do. Remove access when someone's job changes or they leave. Invitations are for people you work with; do not use them to send unsolicited messages.
Autopilot requires at least one active human Owner in every company. The Owners you name can manage members, roles and settings, and we treat their instructions as yours.
6. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not let anyone else:
- break the law or infringe someone else's rights with Autopilot;
- store or distribute illegal content;
- upload or distribute malware, or use Autopilot or a Work Machine we run to attack, scan or overload other systems;
- send spam or run phishing, including through Mini-apps, Automations or invitations;
- try to get into another company's workspace, get around permissions, or probe or test the security of the service without our written agreement;
- use managed AI or managed compute for cryptocurrency mining or to resell access to models or machines;
- use Autopilot to make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects on them without a person reviewing each decision;
- put special categories of personal data into Autopilot (for example health data, or data about criminal convictions) unless we have agreed to it in writing;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
This section is the whole acceptable use policy. If you break it, we may suspend access as section 11 describes.
We do not scan your content for viruses and do not review it before it is stored or published. You are responsible for what you and your Agents put into Autopilot and publish from it.
7. Your content
Your content is everything you, your users and your Agents put into or create in your company: messages, Tasks, files, Knowledge, Skills, Mini-apps, code, and the results of Agent work.
Your content belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. As between you and us, that includes what Agents produce for you in your company. We do not promise that an Agent's output is unique or free of other people's rights, and the terms of the AI provider that produced it may also apply (section 9).
You give us permission to host, copy, transmit, index, display and process your content only as needed to provide the service to you, to keep it secure, and to follow your instructions. This includes sending content to the providers listed on the Subprocessors page for the purposes described there. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to put your content into Autopilot, including the right to share any personal data in it with us.
Publishing a Mini-app, a Skill or a code change is a separate step that needs its own permission in your company. You decide the audience and you are responsible for what you publish.
If you send us feedback about Autopilot, we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it.
8. Agents and AI
Agents are software. They are not people and not our employees.
Agents are marked as Agents. In Autopilot an Agent is always marked as an Agent. Its messages and results appear under the Agent's own name and are linked to the Run that produced them, so a person in Autopilot can always tell that they are dealing with AI and not with a human colleague.
Content you take outside Autopilot. If you use something an Agent made outside Autopilot, for example in an email, on a website or in a document you send to someone, labelling it as made by AI where the law requires that is your responsibility.
Permissions. An Agent acts in your company under the roles and permissions you grant it. It can read, create and change things that those permissions allow, including in outside systems you connect, such as a code repository or a tool reached through MCP. Give an Agent only the access its job needs. Where an Agent lacks a permission, it can ask a person to approve the action; not every step an Agent takes is approved by a person.
Outputs may be wrong. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable, and it can contain errors in code. An Agent can also misunderstand an instruction. Autopilot does not give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
You review what ships. You review what Agents produce before you rely on it, publish it or ship it. You are responsible for the decisions you make with it and for actions taken in your company by Agents acting under permissions you granted. This does not remove our own responsibility for running the service as these terms describe.
Processing that happens without an Agent. To make search work, Autopilot turns text from your Library, Tasks and messages, and images from your Library, into search indexes with the help of AI models. It also uses small AI models to name conversations, Runs and untitled Tasks, to order search results, and to pick which Agent answers in a Channel. This happens on our side for every company and is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Bring your own AI, managed AI and managed compute
Bring your own AI. You can connect your own computer as a Work Machine and run Agents on it with an AI plan you already have, for example Claude Code or Codex. Autopilot starts the provider's own, unmodified program that is installed on that computer. In that case:
- one person's plan is for that person's own work. A person signs in on the machine with their own plan and uses it for work they themselves ask for;
- a machine that serves a team needs a Team or Enterprise plan from the provider, or an API key. Do not share one personal account between several people;
- you are responsible for following your provider's terms, including whether your plan allows business use, automated use and this kind of setup. Some personal plans are limited to one person or to non-commercial use, so check before you rely on one;
- the provider bills you directly under your agreement with it. We add no inference fee and we do not resell the provider's service;
- the sign-in to the AI provider stays on your computer and is completed in the provider's own sign-in flow. We do not receive or store that credential;
- your Agents' prompts and your content go from your computer to the AI provider you chose, under your agreement with that provider;
- you are responsible for the computer: its security, its disk and what stays on it. Disconnecting a Work Machine does not erase its disk.
Managed AI and managed compute. If you prefer not to set anything up, we can provide hosted models and a Work Machine that we run for you. These are optional and separate from the plan. During the beta they require a separate payment or an approved funded grant. From launch they are paid from prepaid credit (section 10). When they are on, your Agents' prompts and the content they work with are sent to the providers listed on the Subprocessors page. We may apply usage limits to managed capacity, and we may change which models are offered.
Other services you connect. When you connect an outside service, such as GitHub or a tool over MCP, Autopilot exchanges with it the data needed for the operations you allow. Your use of that service is governed by your agreement with its provider. We are not responsible for services we do not run.
10. Fees and payment
During the beta. Admitted accounts can test the workspace free until commercial launch with their own AI and computer, without a payment card. Managed AI and compute require a separate payment or an approved funded grant.
Prices from launch. Plans are priced per company, not per person or per Agent. The prices are Start $65, Pro $219 and Business $659 per company per month. If you pay yearly, two months are free. The current prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.
Currency. Prices are listed in US dollars. There is one price list. A buyer in the United States is charged in US dollars. Outside the United States the checkout shows the price converted into your local currency by the payment partner and your card is charged in that currency; the converted amount can include the payment partner's conversion fee. Where the checkout offers it, you can choose to pay in US dollars instead.
Beta discount. An admitted account is eligible for 30% off one company for 12 months after commercial launch. Registration alone does not grant the benefit. At launch the account receives a discount code that can be used once, at checkout, for a company the account may manage for billing, within 12 months of launch; the 12 months of discount run from that company's first payment.
Trial. From launch, a new company can try Autopilot free for 14 days without a payment card, with 1 GiB of storage, using its own computer and its own AI. Managed AI and managed compute are not part of the trial.
Seller and merchant of record. Paid plans and credit are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. The merchant of record is Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company: it takes the payment on our behalf, works out, collects and remits any VAT or sales tax, and sends the receipt and invoice. QUESTPIE remains the seller and the provider of the service, and your contract partner for it. Your card statement shows LINK.COM. Your payment details go to the payment partner and not to us. The payment partner's own terms apply to the payment.
Taxes. Prices are shown without taxes. Any tax that applies is added at checkout.
Renewal. A subscription runs for a monthly or yearly period and renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, until it is cancelled. The price, the period and the renewal date are shown before you pay. Apart from tax and any credit you choose to buy, a plan has no other fees.
Credit for managed AI and managed compute. Managed AI and managed compute are paid from prepaid credit that you top up. Before you pay, the checkout shows the amount you pay and the credit you receive; the payment fee is deducted from the credit and is not added on top. Credit is used up as your Agents use managed capacity. There is no automatic top-up.
Plan changes. An upgrade applies at once and is charged in proportion to the rest of the period. A downgrade applies from the next period. If you are over the storage included in the lower plan, new uploads are blocked and nothing is deleted.
Price changes. If we change prices, we tell you by email at least 30 days ahead. A new price applies from your next billing period, never inside a period you have already paid for.
Late payment. If a payment fails, your company keeps working in full for 14 days while we ask you to fix it. After that the company is limited to reading and exporting its data, and Agents cannot start new work, until the payment is settled.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time, in your company's billing settings or with the payment partner. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; the plan stays active until then and does not renew.
Refunds.
- Monthly plan: no refund for a month that has started.
- Yearly plan: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment.
- Top-up credit: not refunded, except that unused credit is returned if we end the service.
- If we stop offering Autopilot, we return the part of prepaid fees that covers the time after the service ends (section 11).
Where the payment partner's refund policy is more favourable to the buyer than these rules, that policy applies. The payment partner may also issue a refund on its own under its policy. Rights to a refund that the law gives you are not affected. To ask for a refund, write to info@questpie.com.
11. Suspension and termination
By you. You can stop using Autopilot at any time. To close a company or an account, write to info@questpie.com from an Owner's address.
Breach. If you break these terms, we tell an Owner what the problem is and give you 30 days to fix it. If it is not fixed in that time, we may end the agreement.
Immediate suspension. We may suspend access to a company, or to part of the service, at once and without the 30 days in a case of serious abuse: an attack on the service or on others launched from your company, illegal content, or a security risk to the service, to you or to others that cannot wait. We tell an Owner the reason as soon as we can, unless the law stops us. Suspension does not by itself delete your data.
Late payment. If a payment is more than 14 days late, section 10 applies.
If we discontinue Autopilot. We may stop offering Autopilot altogether. If we do, we give you at least 90 days' notice by email, your data stays exportable during that time, and we return the part of prepaid fees, and any unused credit, that covers the time after the service ends.
12. Your data when the agreement ends
After cancellation. After a subscription is cancelled or ends, your data stays readable and exportable for 90 days. We send an email 14 days before deletion. After the 90 days your data is deleted. Copies in database backups are overwritten within the 7-day backup cycle described in the Privacy Policy.
Companies that do not continue. A company that has not chosen a plan when the beta or its trial ends is treated like a cancelled one: 90 days readable and exportable, an email 14 days before deletion, then deletion.
Inactive companies. If nobody has signed in to a company for 12 months, we treat it the same way: the 90 days start, we send the email 14 days before deletion, and the data is then deleted.
How export and deletion work today.
- Export. You can download files and Knowledge from the Library. A single export of a whole company, including Tasks and conversations, is not built yet. Until it is, write to us and we will provide a copy of your company's data within 30 days.
- Deletion. The product has no button that permanently deletes an account or a company. Moving something to the trash, archiving a Task or a company, removing a message and deactivating a member hide the item or mark it; they do not erase it. Permanent deletion, including the deletion described in this section, is carried out by us. To ask for it earlier, write to privacy@questpie.com; we answer within 30 days.
During the beta there is no subscription to cancel. A beta company's data is kept while the company exists, until an Owner asks us to delete it or the company becomes inactive.
13. Personal data and data processing
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. This section is the data processing agreement between you and us under Article 28 of the GDPR. A separate document with the same content is available on request.
13.1 Roles. For account, billing, security and website data we decide why and how the data is used, and we are the controller. For personal data inside your content, you are the controller and we process it for you as a processor. The rest of this section is about that processing.
13.2 Subject matter and duration. The subject matter is the hosting and processing of your content in Autopilot. The processing lasts as long as this agreement, plus the time section 12 gives for export and deletion and the 7-day backup cycle.
13.3 Nature and purpose. We store, transmit, display, index and search your content, hand it to Agents and AI models when your users, Agents or Automations ask for work, send notifications about it, back it up and delete it. The only purpose is to provide Autopilot to you as these terms describe and to keep it secure.
13.4 Types of personal data. Whatever personal data you, your users and your Agents put into your content. Typically: names, email addresses and other contact details, profile pictures, job titles, the text of messages, Tasks and Knowledge, the content of files and code, and records of who did what in your company. Special categories of personal data and data about criminal convictions are not processed unless we have agreed to it in writing (section 6).
13.5 Categories of data subjects. Your users, and anyone else whose data you put into your content: for example your employees and contractors, your customers and suppliers and their staff, and other people mentioned in your content.
13.6 Your instructions. We process the personal data only on your documented instructions, including for transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, unless EU or Slovak law requires us to do otherwise; in that case we tell you first, unless that law forbids it. Your instructions are these terms, the settings and permissions you choose in the product, and the commands you, your users and your Agents give. You instruct us to transfer personal data to the subprocessors and locations listed on the Subprocessors page, under the safeguards stated there.
13.7 Unlawful instructions. If we think an instruction breaks data protection law, we tell you at once and may hold back from carrying it out until you confirm or change it.
13.8 Confidentiality. Everyone on our side who can access your content is bound by confidentiality.
13.9 Security. We protect the personal data with the technical and organisational measures described in the Privacy Policy, section 13, and keep them at a level appropriate to the risk, as Article 32 of the GDPR requires.
13.10 Subprocessors. You give us general authorisation to use subprocessors. The current ones are listed on the Subprocessors page. We bind each subprocessor by contract to data protection duties equivalent to the ones in this section, and we remain fully responsible to you for what a subprocessor does with your personal data. Before a new subprocessor starts processing your content, we update that page and tell the Owners of each company by email at least 30 days ahead; where a provider has to be replaced urgently to keep the service running or secure, we tell you as early as we can. You can object within that time by writing to privacy@questpie.com. If we cannot resolve your objection, you may end the agreement.
13.11 Requests from people. Taking into account what the product can do, we help you answer requests from people who use their rights over data in your content (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection). If such a person writes to us directly, we pass the request to you and do not answer it ourselves.
13.12 Help with your own duties. We help you meet your duties under Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR: security of processing, notifying a personal data breach to the authority and to the people affected, data protection impact assessments, and prior consultation with the authority. We tell you without undue delay after we become aware of a personal data breach that affects your content, with the information we have about what happened, what data is affected and what we are doing about it.
13.13 Deletion or return. When the agreement ends, we return the personal data to you by export, at your choice, and delete it and its copies as section 12 describes, unless EU or Slovak law requires us to keep it.
13.14 Information, audits and inspections. We give you all the information needed to show that this section is met. You, or an independent auditor you appoint who is bound by confidentiality, may audit and inspect how we process your personal data, and we cooperate. You may do this once in any 12 months, and also after a personal data breach that affects your content or when a supervisory authority requires it. Give us 30 days' written notice, unless the authority sets a shorter time. An audit must not expose other customers' data or weaken the security of the service. Each side pays its own costs.
13.15 Your side. You are responsible for having a legal basis for the personal data you put into Autopilot, for telling the people concerned, and for giving us only lawful instructions.
14. Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only to carry out this agreement. Your content is your confidential information. This does not cover information that is public, that the receiving side already had or developed on its own, or that the law requires it to disclose. We may share your confidential information with the subprocessors that need it to provide the service, under confidentiality duties of their own.
15. Our service and software
Autopilot, its software, design and documentation belong to QUESTPIE and its licensors. While this agreement is in force you may use the service for your own business. These terms give you no other rights in it.
"QUESTPIE" and "Autopilot" and their logos are ours. The names of other products and companies, such as Claude Code, Codex, Anthropic, OpenAI and GitHub, belong to their owners. Mentioning Claude Code, Codex, Anthropic or OpenAI does not mean that those companies endorse QUESTPIE or Autopilot or are partners of QUESTPIE.
16. Support, warranties and disclaimer
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
Support is given by email. The pricing page says what support each plan includes. These terms contain no service level agreement and no commitment about availability.
Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, Autopilot is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, that it will meet a particular need, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a purpose.
17. Limitation of liability
What is never limited. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for harm caused intentionally, liability for harm to life or health, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded. Slovak law does not allow a claim for damages to be waived before the breach that causes the damage, and nothing in these terms is such a waiver.
The limit. Subject to that, and as far as the law allows:
- each side's total liability to the other for all claims in connection with this agreement is limited to the fees you paid for Autopilot in the 12 months before the claim, and to not less than 500 euros;
- both sides agree that this amount is the damage that could be foreseen, when this agreement was made, as a possible result of a breach of it;
- neither side is liable to the other for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business or indirect loss;
- we are not liable for what an AI provider you chose yourself, a service you connected or a computer you run does with data you send to it, or for loss caused by relying on AI output without review.
The limit does not apply to your duty to pay fees. We remain responsible for our subprocessors as section 13 says.
18. Changes to the service and to these terms
We improve Autopilot continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature you depend on in a paid plan, we will tell you beforehand where we reasonably can.
We may change these terms. We publish the new version on this page with its date and tell the Owners of each company by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect. Using Autopilot after that date means you accept the new terms. Price changes follow section 10.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from them. This applies to every customer, wherever it is based, including customers in the United States. Before going to court, each side will try in good faith to settle the dispute by talking to the other.
20. General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the plan you choose, are the whole agreement between you and us about Autopilot. If we agree custom terms with you in writing, those take priority where they differ.
If part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force. If either side does not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a company that takes over the Autopilot business, and will tell you if we do. Neither side is liable for a failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
These terms are written in English.
