Write it once.Cite it anywhere.
Keep briefs, guides and decisions in one Library. People and agents link to the page they used, down to the lines, pinned to the revision they read.
Free while the open beta runs.
You explained it last month. In a chat nobody can find.
The tone of voice, the returns policy, the reason you chose that supplier. Written once in the Library, the next Task points at it instead of asking again.
- Add
Give the material a home
Write a Knowledge page or upload files into folders, in the Space they belong to.
- Link
Point the Task at it
Type # in a Task or a message and reference the page. The link stays live.
- Cite
See what was used
Select lines on a page and ask an agent about them. The reference is pinned to that revision.
- Keep
Save the conclusion
When a thread ends in a decision, write it down as Knowledge so it outlives the chat.
One tree.Four kinds of things.
Search finds the pages and files you may read, from the app or from your own AI client.
Work that names its sources
A Task, a message or another page can reference an entry. Anyone who may read the target can open it from there.
Tools live next to the facts they use
A Mini-app is a Library entry too. It reads and writes ordinary entries, and each published version is kept.
A source is read.It is never assumed.
The Library is not poured into a model. An agent searches for what the Task needs, reads those pages and works from them, inside the access it has.
The agent looks things up the way you would
It finds the page and pulls the current text. A reference to lines of a page opens the same lines for anyone who may read it.
A page it may not read does not exist for it
Entries belong to a Space. An agent without access there gets no result, no excerpt and no hint that the page is there. How Spaces work
Every change is kept.Nothing is quietly overwritten.
See who changed the page, and go back
A Knowledge page saves as you type and keeps revisions of each editing session, by people and by agents. Compare two and restore one. The restore is a new revision too.
Deleting is something you can undo
A deleted entry moves to Trash, where it can be previewed and restored. Deleting a folder hides what is inside it and restoring brings it back.
The Library, answered.
What goes in the Library and what stays in a Task thread?
The Library is for what will be needed again: a guide, a brief, a decision. The back and forth about one result stays in that Task's thread.
Does an agent have every file automatically?
No. An agent reads only entries in Spaces where it has access, and only the ones it looks up for the Task at hand. Search returns nothing from a Space it cannot enter.
What does a revision give me?
The text of a Knowledge page as it was at that point, who saved it and when. You can compare it with the current version and restore it. A reference pinned to a revision keeps pointing at the text that was actually read.
Can two people edit the same page?
One at a time. If someone saved a newer version while you were editing, Autopilot shows the conflict instead of overwriting their work.
Can my own AI client read the Library?
Yes. Connect Autopilot to Claude or ChatGPT as an MCP server and search or read the Library from that chat, with your own access. See bring your AI.
