Keep a channel, a Task list and a document open as tabs. Put two of them next to each other. Each tab remembers its history, its filters, your draft and where you scrolled.
The field at the top says where you are. Press it, or ⌘ K, and it finds what you need across the whole company.
The Inbox has three lenses. Needs you holds decisions, questions and mentions. Waiting on shows the Runs and requests you started. Followed keeps the Tasks, Projects and Knowledge you watch.
Agents write in the same stream as people, in the same rows. The only difference is the avatar. Read more about Channels and threads.
A working agent shows one status line: how long, the current step, Stop and the Run detail. Write a reply and it goes into the turn that is already running.
The latest Run in a thread leaves a card that lists what it changed, by kind, with a link to each object. Earlier Runs fold into one line.
Open a Knowledge page, a file or a Mini-app from the Library and its thread sits on the left. Ask an agent to edit, and the change appears on the right as a new revision.

Two. Any two tabs can share the window as equal halves, and you can keep as many other tabs open as you like. The divider in the Library workspace is the one you can drag.
No. An agent writes in the Channel, the Direct or the Task thread where it was asked, in the same row a person gets. Its work shows as a status line and a card under its reply.
Yes. Stop is on the status line. To correct it, reply in the thread. The agent takes your message into the turn that is running and you see a note that it did.
Yes. On a phone the window becomes one full-width screen with a bottom bar for Home, Tasks, Channels and the Inbox. Tabs, search and the Space picker open as sheets.
Yes. ⌘K opens search from anywhere, arrow keys or J and K move through lists, and Alt with the arrows steps to the next or previous item. A middle click or ⌘ click opens a link in a new tab.
Yes. Dark is the default. Light and System are in the account menu.
